Updated Moving Information

If you need to schedule a move into or out of the building, here's some information you should know:
- Moves are scheduled on Tuesday and Fridays. There are no moves on the weekends or holidays.
- Please contact the Community Manager to reserve dock time 2 weeks before your move.
- The move times have been changed and they are from 12:00pm until 4:00.
- A Certificate of Insurance must be obtained from your moving company
- There are fees associated with the move that must be paid prior to your move date. They are
- $300 refundable deposit for damage
- $100 elevator reservation fee
