The generator will come on so that if we have an emergency during this time the hallway and stairwells will be lit and the elevators will be operable. It will be necessary to set your cell phone alarm because your clocks will not have the correct time when the power is restored.

Hosted America will being monitoring the equipment at the scheduled downtime and  will verify each unit is reachable when power is restored. Verifying the unit is reachable ensures internet will be back up and running but some residents may need to power cycle their wireless routers or other computer equipment in the morning if they have any issues.Our AM3 technician will also be on-site Thursday morning to make sure our TV service is in working order after the outage. The purpose is to energize cables to provide temporary construction service for the new “Skyhouse” project across Wilmington St.

     a.  The crew says that the work will require at least 30 minutes to an hour worse case.
     b.  The intent is always to complete the work in the shortest possible time.
     c.  The power outage will affect only those customers that are served from the transformer with service voltage of 208/120 volts.This would be all of the Condo residences.
     d. The outage should only affect the residential customers and some small commercial customers.

 Please make other arrangements if you have equipment in your home or a need that will require power from 3:00am-4:00am.
