If you use one of the carts from the recycling room, please, please. please return it as soon as possible. Many of you are leaving the carts in your units which is a HUGE inconvenience to other residents.

Package Pick-Up:
Due to the large volume of mail we are receiving this month, please make every effort to pick up your mail and packages as soon as possible. 

Guests Parking:
There are NO spaces allocated for GUESTS in the parking lot. All parking below the jet gates belong to the COMMERCIAL tenants in the building including the spaces labeled "Plazs Guest Parking" on the lower levels. Parking beyond the jet gate belongs to residentt owners. If you decide to allow your guests to park in any space that does not belong to you, there is a good chance that they will be towed by the Highwood`s Management or a unit owner. Two cars have been towed this month so far.
