DirecTV Update

Hopefully, most of you are enjoying the new DirecTV service! We still have a couple of residents with custom installation issues that will be resolved on a case by case basis.
AM3 is still working to get the TVs on the Fitness Equipment up and running. I have escalated this issue and am hoping to get the necessary equipment and technicians in the building within the next week or two.
Most of the billing issues have been resolved and hopefully your January bill is no longer reflecting a charge for Whole house DVR or the old system. However, there will be a $6.00 fee for any receivers you have in your unit.
If you have additional receivers that you want to deactivate I am now told that you should do the following:
1. Write down the number on the back of that receiver.
2. Have your most recent bill available.
