Twelve Condo Owners attended the Budget Ratification Meeting on Wednesday, December 4th at 7:00 pm in the Club Room. The Draft 2014 Budget was sent to residents in mid November for your review. 

Steven Wilson the Board President reviewed the 2014 Draft Budget.  He responded to questions asked by the residents. The most significant one being "Can you explain the $13,000 negative variance in the 2013 Budget?". The answer was we had some additional expenses for parking lot light repairs and maintenance, additional lobby security camera, gas grill purchase, $4,000 expense for the purchase of key fobs and parking passes, paid Accountant for an Audit,and $18,000 payment to Highwood's to investigate the water intrusion problem in several units. 

A motion was made by the Board President to ratify the 2014 Draft Budget and it was seconded by a homeowner and passed unanimously by the owners who attended.

There will be a slight increase in assessments and your new coupon books will be mailed to you in mid  December.
