Please include your payment coupon with all dues payments and send in the provided windowed envelope to ensure your payment is accurately processed to your account. If you are paying for multiple properties, please send a separate coupon and check for each property. If you would like to pay the annual dues in full just tear out the first coupon and mail with your check in the provided envelope.

Please login to your online banking and update the address on your assessment payment to:

Please include your account number that is listed on your coupon/statement in the “Account Number” or “Memo” section of you online bill payment setup (if you have questions or need assistance with setting up your online bill payment please contact AAFS at 1-888-734-4567).

Please go to www.aafin.com, on left hand side of page select Pay your dues by Credit Card or Pay your dues by E-Check.Enter the information as prompted (if you have questions or need assistance making an online payments please contact AAFS at 1-888-734-4567.)NOTE: There is a 3% fee if paying by credit card
 
Failure to update the mailing address for dues payments may result in delayed and/or returned payments, which will possibly result in a late payment fee.
  
We ask that you mail your dues to the address listed above to ensure prompt and speedy processing of your payment.
