July 4th Guest Entry Protocol

Register Your Guest for the Club Level By July 2nd
In order to ensure the safety of our residents, guests, and Lobby Staff and to prevent the overcrowding of the elevator and Club Level, the COA Board approved a Guest Entry Procedure for Special Events. This will also help to ensure that all residents have access to and enjoy the Condominium Amenities.
On July 4th all owners and tenants will be limited to 6 guests on the Club Level after 6:00 pm. The Terrace, Pool, and Clubroom will be closed at 5:00 pm for cleaning, trash removal, and setup for the July 4th Fireworks viewing. These restrictions only apply to the Clubroom so you may still have as many guests as you can accomodate in your Condominium.
All Plaza guests must sign in at the Lobby Desk and be escorted by the owners or tenants at all times. It will be necessary to email the Community Manager Gloria Caracciolo with the name of your guests by July 2nd if you plan to view the fireworks from the Clubroom Terrace. Wrist bands will be provided for all terrace guests and access will be denied once the capacity for that area has been reached.
Additional security will be employed by the Condominium Owners Association to prevent uninvited guests from entering the building through the lobby or parking lot. The Revolving Door will be locked and access will be limited to Key Fob holders and invited guest only.
The downtown Raleigh area will be packed with people looking for the best vantage point to view the fireworks. Last year the desk guard was overwhelmed and assulted during fireworks and both elevator were broken which was a huge inconvenience for residents and their guest.
